Why Become a CWRA Member?
When you join the Connecticut Wildlife Rehabilitators Association (CWRA), you become part of a statewide community of people who share one goal: giving Connecticut’s wildlife the best chance at recovery and release. Membership connects you with fellow rehabilitators, mentors, and educators who understand the challenges and rewards of this work.
As a member, you’ll have access to valuable educational opportunities, practical resources, and ongoing support to help you grow your skills and confidence in wildlife care. Members receive discounted registration for CWRA workshops, trainings, and conferences, as well as our biannual newsletter filled with updates, tips, and important information from across the state.
CWRA members who are licensed Connecticut wildlife rehabilitators are also eligible to apply for our grant program, which helps fund enclosures, medical supplies, and other supplies needed to provide quality care to patients.
Memberships run on a calendar-year basis, from January through December, so now is the perfect time to join or renew and stay connected all year long.
